Privacy

Effective May 3, 2026.

This page explains how Jaime Pauline (operating through GateDragon LLC) collects, uses, and protects information through jaimepauline.com. The practice is small and the data footprint is intentionally narrow.

What's collected

Discovery-call bookings (via Calendly). When you schedule a call, Calendly collects your name, email, and answers to six intake questions: Company, Industry / sector, Role, Company size, Current security maturity, and a free-form "What brought you here" field. The data is hosted on Calendly's infrastructure and is also delivered to my GateDragon email and calendar.

Cloudflare Web Analytics. Aggregated, cookieless web analytics — visit count, page paths, country, referrer, browser. No tracking cookies. No personal identifiers. No fingerprinting. No consent banner is required because nothing personally identifying is collected.

Email correspondence. Email sent to [email protected] is processed through Google Workspace, the email provider for GateDragon LLC.

How information is used

  • To deliver consulting services and schedule discovery calls
  • To prepare for and conduct discovery calls (the intake answers help me arrive prepared with context about your situation)
  • To send follow-up correspondence about your inquiry
  • To maintain client engagement records as required by professional and tax obligations

Information is not sold, shared with marketers, or used for advertising. Information is not shared with other clients. The practice does not maintain a separate marketing list.

Retention

  • Discovery-call intake data: retained by Calendly per their policy. I export and retain intake answers for active and recently active prospects (typically 12 months from last contact); inactive records are deleted.
  • Active client engagement records: retained for the duration of the engagement plus seven years, consistent with standard professional record-keeping for consulting work in regulated industries.
  • Email correspondence: retained indefinitely unless deletion is requested.

Third parties

The site relies on a small set of vendors. Each operates under their own privacy policy, linked below.

Cookies

The site does not set first-party tracking cookies. Calendly's embedded scheduler may set its own cookies on calendly.com when you interact with the booking form; those are governed by Calendly's privacy policy.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected]. Requests are acknowledged within five business days.
